It is possible that measurements are missing when you log in, but they will be automatically retrieved by the system within 2 days. During these 2 days, it is possible that you will again receive certain alerts that you had already received.
To summarize:
- you can consult your data in real time, you receive your reports, you receive your alerts
- between December 29 and 31, 2020, it is possible that measurements between December 26 and 30 are missing. You have nothing to do, they will be retrieved automatically before December 31
- alerts are always executed in real time over this period. However, it is possible that you will receive them in duplicate.
- automatic reports and exports will still be processed. However, measurements may be missing when they are generated. In this case, it will be necessary to generate a new report, from January 1.
