- Possibility of configuring alerts by voice message, , in addition to emails and SMS, in the Alert / Alert profile menu. In the event of an alert, a phone call is made to the set user, with the reading of a message summarizing the current problem, on the same model as the SMS message.This new service is chargeable and shared with the SMS service. You get 15 free SMS and / or voice messages per month. You can acquire additional credits, in batches of 1000 SMS and / or voice messages credits.
- Possibility to create a user availability schedule. Users will only receive alerts if they are marked as available in the current time slot. This new option is visible only to users who have subscribed to it.
